- How do I cancel my order?
Canceling an order is simple, but it must be done within the given time. After you have successfully placed an order, an email will be sent to you containing the transaction details and a occasionally a link for activation of the order (or it would already have been asked for during the transaction), so that it can be sent to our servers. If you need to cancel the order at that time, please do by clicking on the cancel order button in the email, or by contacting any of our staff, we would cancel your order and fully refund your money. However, once the order is cleared and sent for shipping (within a few hours), the order cannot be canceled.

Yes, our products may be returned once they have reached the user, and the user does not want to keep the product. - I Can’t Find What I’m Looking for, What Now?
In certain circumstances, although it is very rare, there may be a case where you are unable to find the product you are looking for. In this situation, you can place a manual order by emailing us or calling us on our number and specifying the type of product you need. We will find the product and place an order on your behalf, and the order receipt would be emailed to you once the package has been retrieved by our staff.
